So Here's What's New

I'm almost a month in my new job and it just keeps getting better. The work environment is friendly, responsibility goes hand in hand with the authority to act independently, management is supportive, and the compensation is competetive. I feel like I'm contributing to the company and that my efforts are not wasted.

Also, I'm pursuing a graduate program in Guidance. I have class on Saturdays and so far it's been a blast. When I attended the orientation I didn't feel even the tiniest bit impatient. In fact, I savored every second of it. It feel so great to be back in school again. I think its going to be better than my undergraduate experience... complete with new friends.

I have to say, my gamble paid off. Change isn't for the better. In my case, it was for the best.
